The movie is about two brothers who are struggling to survive life in Punjab, India. The younger brother is trying to leave the state by joining the army, but he fails at his tryouts and doesn't get accepted. Therefore, he ends up working for his older brother, who is involved in illegal activities making drugs across the border in Pakistan. As you can probably guess, this job isn't exactly legal so their family doesn't approve of it. But there's not really anything they can do about it because the brothers are supporting their family financially. More specifically, their younger brother is using his salary to pay off his college tuition for an engineering degree which he hopes will get him out of the drug-selling game. Despite all of this, our two main characters are actually really well-developed and likable. Although they do questionable things (which we won't spoil), you can understand why they act the way they act so you can't hate them too much. The main reason why you should watch this movie is that it's actually entertaining. The movie doesn't take itself too seriously, which makes it fun to watch even if you're not exactly familiar with the true story. But what's really great about the movie is its soundtrack. There are over 6 songs in this film -- all of which are pretty catchy! Not only does it get you pumped to see the next scene, it also stands out in a crowd of other action movies that came out around the same time.
